Fr. Daniel T. McMullin

Fr. Daniel McMullin has a varied background in both the academic and pastoral worlds. After graduating college he spent nearly sixteen years as a monk of St. John's Abbey (Collegeville, MN). He was ordained to the priesthood at the Abbey in 1981. After earning a doctorate from the Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY) Fr. Daniel taught on the faculties of St. John's University (his Minnesota Alma Mater) and Dominican University (River Forest, IL). Now as a priest of the Diocese of Rochester, he has worked in both urban and rural parishes. Besides his obvious interest in music, Fr. Daniel continues to study and speak in the areas of Monastic and Celtic spirituality and spiritual direction.
