Kairos III Retreat--- Feb 17th-19th
Are you looking for an opportunity to get away for a weekend and reflect on your spiritual life? Do you want a chance to meet new people? The Kairos III retreat will be a time to reflect on your own identity, relationships with others, and your spiritual journey. The retreat will be held from February 17-19th. This is an entry level retreat and people at any walk in their faith journey are welcome. Applications can be found in G24 ATH at the link to the right of this page.
This retreat is entirely student-led and will be an ideal opportunity to interact with students from Ithaca College and Cornell University!
Winter-Lent Retreat in Daily Life--- Feb. 10th -Mar. 24
This six week retreat in daily life involves daily prayer exercises which help us to accept God’s unconditional love. These exercises also allow us to recognize our need for healing, and to experience the tender mercy and compassion of Christ. As our prayer journey unfolds, we deepen our knowledge and love for Jesus Christ through engagement with Gospel passages.
Participants agree to pray privately for 20 - 30 minutes each day. They agree to make use of a journal to jot down their reflections after prayer. And they agree to meet individually with a spiritual director once a week during the six weeks. At the close of the final week, retreatants will gather together for group sharing.
